Cuando una mujer se queda embarazada, incluso antes, cuando decide ser madre, su cerebro empieza a cambiar.<\/p>\n

Es algo que todos hemos sentido, las mujeres que hemos pasado por ese punto y l@s que han acompa\u00f1ado de cerca a estas mujeres. Pero que se habla poco y cuando se habla, muchas veces, se habla desde la burla, el desprecio, la pesadez\u2026 Bueno, seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo haya sido la vivencia de esa mujer, ese tr\u00e1nsito y qui\u00e9n la acompa\u00f1aba.<\/p>\n

\u00bfMe he vuelto loca?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Se dice muchas veces de nosotras que nos volvemos locas<\/strong> o que hay que aguantarnos, esperando estoicamente a que volvamos al estado anterior a este proceso.<\/p>\n

No s\u00e9 si te suena, y no s\u00e9 si has intentado volver a recuperar esa mujer que eras. Pero hoy te vengo a decir que no lo intentes m\u00e1s. Al igual que a un ni\u00f1o no se le puede decir que, cuando pasa su adolescencia, vuelva a ser lo que era antes, ya no es un ni\u00f1o, ya es un joven adulto. Del mismo modo, no se le puede pedir a una madre que vuelva a ser lo de antes, una \u201cno madre\u201d.<\/p>\n

Y es que el cambio cerebral no es una forma de hablar. Nuestro cerebro comienza a deshacerse de cosas que ya no le sirven en esta nueva etapa para encargarse de lo prioritario: Maternar.<\/p>\n

Sentimos cambios en gustos y prioridades. Seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo sea nuestra vida los cambios son m\u00e1s notables y sentimos que ya no somos las mismas, que detestamos lo que antes nos encantaba y que los pilares en los que se sosten\u00eda nuestra realidad se tambalean<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Es un proceso adaptativo<\/span><\/h4>\n

Cuando no nos lo explican puede dar miedo, pero es un proceso completamente natural y adaptativo. Nos adaptamos a lo que viene: un beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Este beb\u00e9 va a requerir de nuestros cuidados 24\/7, nos va a necesitar presentes, amorosas, atentas a sus se\u00f1ales.\u00a0La maternidad nos va a poner en una situaci\u00f3n l\u00edmite<\/strong> en la que, de forma altruista, nos vamos a entregar por completo. Y para eso necesitamos otra forma de pensar y de actuar. Por eso nuestro cerebro cambia.<\/p>\n

Los que tenemos cerca, si no conocen esto, pueden pasarlo mal. No van a entender lo que pasa y podr\u00e1n llegar a pensar que simplemente es un periodo y que ya pasar\u00e1. Tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 que acompa\u00f1arles a ell@s, para que entiendan y sepan adaptarse a este cambio, desde el amor y la entrega, cada uno en su medida.<\/p>\n

Pero lo cierto es que, aunque hay un periodo intenso de la maternidad que s\u00ed pasa, otras cosas vienen para quedarse. En m\u00ed, hasta mi profesi\u00f3n cambi\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\u00bfY t\u00fa? Cu\u00e9ntame c\u00f3mo cambi\u00f3 tu vida con la maternidad y c\u00f3mo afect\u00f3 en tu casa.<\/p>\n
