{"id":333,"date":"2025-09-09T07:55:03","date_gmt":"2025-09-09T07:55:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teacompaso.com\/?p=333"},"modified":"2025-11-01T14:09:45","modified_gmt":"2025-11-01T14:09:45","slug":"el-poderio-del-embarazo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teacompaso.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/09\/el-poderio-del-embarazo\/","title":{"rendered":"El poder\u00edo del embarazo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"944\">El poder\u00edo del embarazo es esa fuerza interna que transforma tu cuerpo, tu mente y tu vida entera.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"944\">Nos han hecho creer que el embarazo es una etapa de fragilidad, en la que casi no podemos hacer nada, como si nuestro cuerpo fuera d\u00e9bil y la vida de nuestro beb\u00e9 corriera peligro por cualquier cosa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1291\">Nada m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad. El embarazo es un momento plet\u00f3rico, lleno y abundante en todos los sentidos: emocional, corporal, energ\u00e9tico y mental. Es nuestra <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1148\">luna llena personal de casi 10 meses<\/strong><\/span>. Las hormonas est\u00e1n por las nubes y eso se nota en nuestra creatividad, en nuestras ganas de relacionarnos y en la energ\u00eda que nos desborda.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1291\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Fase creadora<\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1618\">Estamos en una fase creadora: no solo se gesta la vida de nuestro beb\u00e9, tambi\u00e9n se transforman nuestros gustos, nuestras creencias y nuestros pilares. Lo que antes nos serv\u00eda quiz\u00e1 ya no tiene sentido, y en su lugar aparecen nuevas ideas y caminos m\u00e1s alineados con lo que queremos para nosotras y para nuestro hijo o hija.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1830\">Nos reinventamos, nos fortalecemos, buscamos lo que ser\u00e1 mejor para nuestro beb\u00e9 y sacamos fuerzas para lograrlo. Y lo hacemos desde la ilusi\u00f3n, desde la alegr\u00eda y desde el disfrute de lo que est\u00e1 por llegar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"2096\">As\u00ed que deja de creer que est\u00e1s en una etapa d\u00e9bil: tu cuerpo fuerte protege y cuida a tu beb\u00e9. Este es un momento incre\u00edblemente potente para cambiar lo que no te gusta de tu vida, para iniciar proyectos nuevos, para abrirte a experiencias que resuenen contigo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2435\">Me maravilla ver a tantas mujeres desplegando ese <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2172\">poder\u00edo del embarazo<\/strong><\/span>. A veces ellas mismas no lo reconocen y siguen viendo la imagen d\u00e9bil que nos han vendido. Pero si te paras a observar, te das cuenta: pintan, escriben, cosen, emprenden, aprenden, hacen ejercicio, preparan el nido con entusiasmo\u2026 <strong data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2433\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Crean vida y crean mundo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2651\">Claro que no todas vivimos el embarazo igual. Tal vez me leas y sientas que tu experiencia no se parece en nada a lo que cuento.
